Technical Support Center

JCCC’s Technical Support Center is available by phone, chat, or walk-in and helps students with a variety of technology issues, including:

  • Help with accessing MyJCCC, Canvas, and Wi-Fi
  • Assistance with device troubleshooting

Student Email (Stumail)

Your student email account (Stumail) is how JCCC will communicate important information regarding enrollment, financial aid, waitlist status, bills and more. You can access Stumail by logging into your MyJCCC account and clicking on the Student Email card.

Check your student email daily to stay up to date on important messages. You can also connect it to your phone using Gmail or Mail app.

Canvas

Canvas is the online learning platform used for in-person and online classes.

  • Professors may use Canvas to post assignments, grades, class information, and syllabi. 
  • Access to your courses in Canvas begins on the first day of each class.

Microsoft 365

JCCC students have FREE access to the Microsoft 365 online application including:

  • Microsoft Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • OneDrive

Access is available from the start date of your classes to the end of that semester.

Resource Appointments
